I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Diverse set of experience, true ownership at all levels, great people, committed to developing people

    Cons

Very slow to accept/implement change, somewhat political, difficult to navigate, structure is confusing, systems are awful

    Advice to Management

The layers in management can limit innovation and growth, need to continue to work to flatten the organization and share across Functional Areas, Operating Companies, and Sectors
