No opinion of CEO

I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 8 years)

Pros

Still offers pension for now.

Cons

Company needs to get better managers and sense of direction. Operating company I was part of was undergoing constant reorganization over the past 4 years with constant fear of being laid off.

I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay and hours were good, friendly employees and management. Good benefits, and opportunity to grow.

    Cons

As an intern it was very frustrating to be under the supervision of people who seemed very underqualified, and with poor technical skills.

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Hardworking finance professionals persevere despite lack of upper management's understanding that Excel should not be the primary accounting tool, especially since there is insufficient validation of financial information.

    Cons

Antiquated systems, tools and processes. Will take 10+ years to accomplish Back to Basics. Budgets are already cut to the bone and more cuts are required despite the IT, PC, quality and supply chain issues already experienced

    Advice to Management

Don't trust the numbers and information presented in the pretty power point slides!
