I worked at Johnson & Johnson as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The people at J&J are great. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The work pace is steady but not over the top. I felt like I had a full schedule but never had to work overtime to finish things. As a co-op, they are pretty understanding if you make mistakes.

    Cons

There are very little opportunities from co-ops or interns to transition into full time positions.
