    Approves of CEO

I worked at Johnson & Johnson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

This was a great company to work for, full of opportunities for growth.

    Cons

Promotion takes a while, tend to lose people as some of the division is top heavy

    Advice to Management

Try to streamline the operation. A lot of redundancy that causes promotion of people deserving to leave the company.
