Pros

treated with respect, lots of opportunities, possibility to move from company to company, heath facility at work is a great benefit,

Cons

bonuses are tied to the overall performance of all companies, so if your company does well and others don't you'll get penalized, on the other hand it evens out for the bad years

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Good work-life balance. Nice people.

    Cons

    Lack of innovation and energy.

    Advice to Management

I believe in the decentralized approach, but MD&D would have a lot to gain if they can coordinate some of the initiatives, or at least improve information sharing across the op-cos.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Very nice people to work with in the trenches. These are smart people who try hard to do a good job.

    Cons

Good hard working people at the lower levels are constantly frustrated by senior managment who can be downright abusive to staff. The Credo says that they treat people with dignity and respect and the most important people are the patients and the mothers and fathers who use their products, but this is really a sham. The Credo is like a club that senior management use to bludgen their staff. Few senior leaders have enough knowledge to their own jobs to lead others. They use buzz words like "transparency" and "leadership" when you get the opposite.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your people. Hire competent senior managment.
