Pros

The owners and management are friendly at 1st, then you begin to realize there are favorite sales people ( for an unknown reason). If you don't " drink the koolaid" you're berated in front of your colleagues and made to feel threatened. Even if you've proven that you're a productive asset to this company, If they don't like you, they will gang up on you and find a way to " get rid of you". I'd been warned about this soon after hire, but dismissed it, but now know it was fair warning, truth. Yes, they do want things done their own way, you either fit in with their ideal, or you don't stay. I felt like I was in Stepford.

Cons

Upon being chased out of this company without explanation, you'll not get your last paycheck, or commission you've fairly earned. A month's earnings will be erased. Bottom line is ( in my opinion), this is one of those privately owned companies with insiders covering for each other, thinking they're above the law, and using sales people to make their budgets, then let you go without pay to increase their profits.
