You get to work with some cool clients and travel occasionally, but the stress and constant criticism make it hardly worth it.

This company is nothing short of an absolute farce. It’s impossible to take your role seriously here, especially when management treats employees more like in-house pets than professionals. The work environment is toxic and deeply unprofessional. Employees are constantly criticised and yelled at, and expectations are unrealistic. Boundaries are frequently crossed, creating a stressful and demoralising atmosphere. Unfortunately, I can't go into specific details as my review would likely be flagged due to the sheer volume of bizarre and inappropriate incidents that occur within this organisation. Suffice it to say, if you’re keen on being a work puppet while simultaneously expected to act as a party animal, then this might be the place for you. However, I strongly advise against considering this for a 9-to-5 job. While there are opportunities to work with some interesting clients and travel occasionally, the cost to your wellbeing makes it hardly worth it. Overall, this organisation is rotten to the core and represents everything wrong with workplace culture. Avoid it at all costs.
