    Pros

    Get to work with a lot of very smart people on very high visibility projects. If you thrive under pressure and love to work hard, this is a good place to work.

    Cons

    As in any large company, there are plenty of politics and bureaucracy. But it is not as bad as it could be. Pressure to excel and meet tight deadlines is always there.

    Advice to Management

    Positive reinforcement works better than negative feedback. Tendency to hunt for a scapegoat when things go wrong.
