I have been working at Justworks full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The team is incredibly talented, driven, and has a clear mission of where they want the company to go. It's growing fast, but hasn't lost that lean startup feel. Definitely a great place to be.

    Cons

Typical startup growing pains- sometimes trainings are disjointed, and with such complex topics like insurance and compliance, trial by fire is pretty de-emphasized.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Justworks for more than a year

    Pros

Fairly friendly people, office parties, and booze

    Cons

The office politics, high school clicks, lying managers who don't take accountability for their mistakes and blame you especially, if you are a new employee, low pay, vindictive behavior from workplace management, you have to kiss management's behind if not your fired, very passive aggressiveness from workplace management, and too much lying coming from workplace management.

    Advice to Management

It's better to be honest with workers who report to you about their performance and other factors that pertains to the job. Never take things personal, be fair, don't assume, eradicate you biases about people based on hear say, stop ostracizing workers based on negative outlooks from someone who is kissing up to you, and the vindictive behavior must stop.
