    Solid Student Tuition Reimbursement

    Pros

KBR has a solid tuition reimbursement program where you can get up to $7,500 a year. Although it won't totally cover the more expensive degree programs for university, the really bright side is that there is no stipulation that you have to work for them for a certain amount of time after receiving the reimbursement.

    Cons

I get that by capping it at 7,500 a year, they take less of a financial risk of someone earning the degree and leaving. However, it would be worth considering having an option where you can sign an agreement to work for the KBR for a certain number of years in exchange for full program costs coverage.
