I worked at KIPP Foundation as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

Everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Very few, if any, jaded souls. Most of the staff are curious, dedicated people who truly care about improving educational outcomes. Some politics and drama, but less than most non-profits. Great location in SF. Good work/life balance.

Cons

HR is disjointed. Some positions are processed internally. Others, through a third-party recruiter. Slllllllllow hiring process.
