KPA takes each piece of feedback seriously, and we do our best to learn from our current and former employees in order to make KPA a great place to work. Flexibility and work life blend is one of our highest scores regularly in our employee engagement survey. While there may be some positions (for example, some of our tech roles) which are expected to work outside of normal working hours during emergency situations, we pride ourselves on making sure work-life boundaries are respected. We hope that all employees have the autonomy to decide when they want or need to work outside of work hours. We regret to hear that you feel that isn't the case.
