    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The salary is fine and work load is not so much heavy. People there are very nice and the environment is good.

    Cons

The work there is boring and always repeat the same thing and not so fancy and interesting.
The transportation conditions is not so good.

    Advice to Management

You need to know the right way to activate the employees and spend more time on communicating with people. Also need to develop the culture of the company

  2. "Typical of any "Big Four" Firm"

    Pros

Good place to work for the most part; salary very competitive; flexibility to work from home when possible; exposure to many companies in many a variety of industries; opportunity to meet and work with good people and develop lasting relationships.

    Cons

A few too many "Type A's"; salaries a little too over the top for new college hires, setting them off on expecting to make a lot more with little experience when they're "stolen" from the Big Four; work/life balance is tough depending on luck of draw (what client you get assigned to and where they are located); pressure, especially at higher levels, to identify new business opportunities (bring in more business); not much room for growth (no sub-levels of positions) - staff, senior, manager.

    Advice to Management

Concentrate more on work/life balance and give more back to the ones doing the work (compared to the amount of money partner's take in); revamp performance review process (make it more realistic because not every one walks on water).
