    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Key points: Wide exposure to different sectors, work life balance, friendly environment, good prospect for future career.

As a team member of KPMG advisory, I gain good exposure to the flow of M&A procedures including valuation, pitching and deal processing. And the different teams can work on the same project which means learning from other functions. And employees usually have good future career prospects.

    Cons

Keypoints: very busy when deadline approaches, average salary, customer requirement hard to meet

Work can be quite intense when meeting deadline and when trying to meet detailed customer demands. The salary is an open secret for big 4, which is average at starting but will be stably increasing following the career progression within the firm. Customers are usually hard to please.
