I have been working at KPMG as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

All employees are extremely friendly and will not hesitate to help in any way they can. Even senior management is very approachable and personable. Everyone is on a first name basis and although it is a professional setting, the atmosphere is very laid back.

    Cons

Occasionally you may be asked to work long hours due to a pending deadline but it is usually on a per project basis and not an everyday occurrence.
