KPMG Automated Audit Procedures (NxGen Audit) is an application enhanced audit process which uses automated audit procedures to replace or complement traditional manual audit procedures.

Cons

NxGen Audit performs data analysis through detailed automated testing of data extracted from a client’s ERP systems and produces reports and audit documentation that can be used in discrete areas of audit testing. The key business objectives of NxGen Audit data analysis platform are to Increase efficiency, Increase effectiveness, Lower risk and add value.

    Pros

    The pay, the pension The people I hired. Other than that there is really nothing positive about this firm

    Cons

    They downgraded the 401K from 75 cents on the dollar to 25 cents on the dollar, Recruiting leadership is a joke; an organization that is rife with malfeasance. A political snake pit

    Advice to Management

    Drop the holier than thou platitudes. Hold the Partners accountable for not selling any work; Stop off shoring work to India
