    Pros

Everyone has my best interest at heart.

    Cons

It can be a lot of hours one minute or very slow the next. It's hard to have any consistency in Advisory.

    Advice to Management

Try to utilize more potential in your employees.

    Approves of CEO

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    -diverse projects
    -diverse teams
    -international clientele
    -interesting work...sometimes
    -compensation is competitive
    -growing advisory department

    Cons

-many advisory projects still are not really consulting engagements
-"risk advisory" is basically accounting, "management consulting" still assists "risk" a lot on engagements....

    Advice to Management

try to differentiate management consulting lines with risk consulting lines. we realize the meat and bones of this company is still accounting, but if you want heftier fees you'll need to provide a reason to pay those hefty fees for "management consulting"
