Pros

Great brand name
Colleagues are professional and approachable to work and learn alongside with
Got to work on a range of industries throughout internship period
Vacation program was well structured - provided for interactive opportunities, talks to learn more about the firm

Cons

Tasks assigned were at times of administrative nature but somewhat expected for an internship

    I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    KPMG has a strong client base in Singapore; clients include major global banks and regional firms. KPMG Singapore also offers a wide range of professional services (including consulting) to clients. Anyone who wants to join a big four with good exposure should consider KPMG.

    Cons

    Long working hours (which big four in Asia doesn't have that?).
    Minimal welfare/staff benefits (comparatively to other MNCs).
    High turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on employee/talent retention.
    Improve on knowledge management.
