    Positive Outlook

I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's a good place to start your career, especially because of the international prestige and that they have offices all over the world, but because of the career opportunities inside and outside the firm too. You can learn a lot.

    Cons

Long hours and, in proportion, not well payed (compared to the rest of Spain yes, but for all the hours and the pressure..). Some things do not work as they should (especially if you take into account that you are in a "Big4").

    Advice to Management

You should improve the feedback in both directions, pay more attention to your people, take more time to teach them and pay them better.
