    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at KPMG as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Global company-good for your resume
Sponsor your CPA exam if you pass
Interaction with people in the team

    Cons

A lot of work loads (I guess it's the same for all big4) compared to the pay

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I have been working at KPMG full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Supposedly brand name which would help to open doors for your next job
    Comfortable staff lounge

    Cons

Partner keep on changing strategy e.g. my specialized sector was no longer a focus and I was plugged into multiple industries therefore becoming a generalist
People are treated as resources and plugged into any project team
Long working hours and high expectations with no help given
Missing knowledge gaps in a lot of peers
HR is basically a facilitator as they don't interview you at all therefore hiring manager is the only decision maker

    Advice to Management

Decide on which sectors you would like to be known for and work on them. Don't think that you will be known overnight just for 1 transaction. Don't ruin careers just because you have a change of strategy and force people off the team. HR policies are weak and ineffective as they just take hiring manager's words and employee words as redundant.
