I worked at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Awesome training, great people and family like atmosphere. They also have a great list of clients and if you speak up you will get a chance to work on your desired clients. The pay is not bad for an entry level job and the brand speaks for itself in the accounting world. 5 Weeks PTO!

Cons

Hours are pretty bad for 7-9 months out of the year but that depends on your schedule. Work gets pretty redundant and dry after a while. No opportunity for creativity. You are like a robot copying prior year workpapers.

Advice to Management

Pay more attention to work life balance. If you continue to get new clients, you should hire more people accordingly so that people aren't constantly overworked.

    Pros

    Great trainings and stepping stone

    Cons

Payscale is lower end among Big 4 and less flexible

    Advice to Management

Firm's senior management strategies do not always play and communicated straight into actions taken by partners

  2. "Great"

    Pros

They were outgoing and always reaching out to people. Very friendly and proactive. They also have great office locations around US so there will be opportunity somewhere.

    Cons

From what I heard, they are very busy during the busy season. You get no free time and bascially you are stuck in the office for most of the time.
