    Pros

The opportunity to see a variety of comanies that operate in different markets. You will travel a lot and learn how to treat important people. You will have to talk to financial directors of the most important copanies of the country. You will learn how companies are structured and their organization.

    Cons

The feeling that clients dont really appreciate the work from the auditors. There are some times that you wont have any work but because of the philosophy of the company you will have to stay sitted until late at night. You will be sent to cliens alone from the first year sometimes without the support of a senior and they will expectyou to finish the work sometimes without any question (it really depends en the senior)

    Advice to Management

They should make efforts in improving the image of the audit work for clients. The audit services gives certainty about de financial statements but the filling about the clients is that it is something required by law and it doesnt help in their day to day work. For that reason management should work hard in the relation with clients and their satisfaction with work.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

KPMG provides stability of income, annual increments and bonuses. Additionally, it has a very corporate environment and structure to those who thrive in such.

    Cons

There was absolutely no work-life balance. While the organization has annual leave and other benefits in place, the grossly-heavy workload on each employee leaves absolutely no room for anything else in the day-today grind.

    Advice to Management

Respect each and every employee's time.
