I've been here for 7 years and I still love it. The McKinnon family are amazing people, and I love everyone that works for the station.

I have no cons working at KUSI

-Looks good on a resume -Some of the news stories are super cool -Occasional Celebrities are guests - Co-Workers are (mostly) awesome people.

-Horrendous hours. (Most PA's are expected to be in the building by 4:30am so say goodbye to your night life.) - You will work weekends. No exceptions. -Minimum Wage pay, you are always kept just the number of work hours to still be considered part-time and I know people who worked here for YEARS and didn't get moved to full-time. - No Vacation days, no healthcare, or any employee benefits. - Awful Management. Full of pretentious wannabe actors and lazy directors. News room are nice people but work ethic is very hit or miss. Basically, they want people who are desperate to get a foot into the news industry and are willing to work under the worst conditions. If this describes you, go for it but make sure you know that no matter what they tell you, you're not getting a raise, a promotion, or a thank you. Basically they want people desperate to break into the ind
