          Pros

          I have the flexibility to work from home. Management is helpful, prompt and encouraging. I am learning new skills and being provided all necessary tools and learning opportunities to succeed in my role. I am not in close proximity with a lot of other employes, but KVC's usage of Teams and other apps make it easy to connect with anyone in the organization. The work KVC does daily really helps those in our community break down barriers and access the care and resources they need.

          Cons

          I do not work alongside many people some of the time.

        What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests
