Great people to work with. Can't speak to anything else as most of the founders and leaders were let go in a recent mass layoff. I would expect that has completely changed everything at KVH.
Cons
Regular layoffs mean a continual uneasy workforce. Company is now run by investors who's only goal is money. Innovation will not likely happen here for the foreseeable future. Zero opportunity for growth here.

Team oriented, nice place to work. always looking out for employees. shortened work week for manufactory help save on gas. Hybrid available too.
