Positive Outlook
No opinion of CEO
I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 8 years)
Pros
You will not find better benefits or pay. Three different companies tried to hire me but could not get close.
Cons
The relationship between KP and the labor union has its pros (good pay and benefits) and cons (MANY ridiculous rules). For example, getting "dinged" if clocking in three to five minutes too late or to early-- probably placed due to lazy employees).
Advice to Management
The mantra is "My hands are tied due to the union rules".
