I have been working at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Fair pay, great benefits and tries to be good to the community as a whole.

Cons

Some departments have serious favoritism. Some directors do not go by the book and tend to skirt the rules a bit.

Advice to Management

Do anonymous comments from departments about the pros and cons of their leaders. Then really follow up and determine if they should be held accountable for bad choices.
