I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I have worked for Kaiser for 30 years and followed a great growth of Kaiser into a preventive illness organization. Union was alway there to balance issues if any with management as far as cost cuts and reduced pensions etc. Earned my RNP as RN with Kaiser education help (pay and time off)

    Cons

As questions about future costs of health care Kaiser is like other HMO's in cutting costs that do affect some benefits for future employees.

    Advice to Management

    Continue supporting employees

I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great co-workers and the environment was great. Facilities are nice and they do a good job of accommodating needs.

    Cons

Pay has a tendency to be on the lower end of the scale. Salary increase are small no matter if your reviews are at the top end of the spectrum or not.

    Advice to Management

Might want to hire management which is familiar with the roles under them and have people management skills.
