    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Kaiser Permanente full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent benefits, decent work/life balance, competitive salary. Strong feeling of camaraderie in the departments, but poor communication across functional business lines.

    Cons

More meetings than a human being can tolerate; obsession with process rather than results; antiquated technology on administrative side of business

    Advice to Management

Allow more flexibility to achieve goals; allow more telecommuting; upgrade network access; provide better training opportunities
