I have been working at Kaiser Permanente part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits are amazing (but this is going to change soon) and a larger number of patients than may be seen with other companies. Great coworkers.

    Cons

Management is all talk and no show, they don't usually step in to help or teach what should be done. For every task that is added on to one's responsibilities, the story that upper management feeds to supervisors is the same one that you get at the frontline. This company is all about cutting back and getting more for their dollar these days.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your lower employees about what works, and treat them with respect to get the most work out of them
