Work flexibility, telecommuting, reasonable benefits package

Shaky company, may go under, constant changing of direction

Advice to Management

Stop with the grandiose BHAG and get back to basics - deliver quality features quickly that meet market needs. When you're stronger and not living hand-to-mouth you can pick your head up and look for new mountains to climb.

    Pros

    Weekend support. - aye right!
    Management guidance - who are they ?
    Games of divide and rule - lots and lots :)

    Best place to work if you want a full days sleep.
    You get to play around with live systems without needing trained.

    Cons

    Work all day and you get no pay hi ho hi ho hi ho hi ho.

    Really poor company in customer support. No structure or policies in place when dealing with customer systems.

    Might as well work in a circus for all the extra IT training provided.

    More dependent on writing get out clauses into contracts than actually writing contracts that deliver the customer needs.

    In house struggles between old lagan and kana manager for top dog positions killed the products.

    Bad place to work NOW if you want progression and actually are customer focused.

    People that know the products have been laid off because managers could not sell spuds in a market.

    Advice to Management

    Stop playing tic tac toe all day and actually work with your team to deliver.

    Wake up. Customers want the team to provide solutions and deliver... Take the job or maybe time to leave..

    Stop bullying employees.

    Dont believe a word region managers say.. They are full of mad dog.

    Please look after the people that actually want to work and grow.

    Do your job.

    - had experience to work overseas
    - proper overseas allowance

    - located on most crowded city on south east asia
