Pros
- Very collaborative, supportive, flexible, trusting work environment. Management is FANTASTIC and employees are really empowered to own their work. I've never once felt micromanaged, but I ALWAYS feel supported when I need it.
- Opportunity to work with clients from many industries and backgrounds, be a true partner for them and add value.
- Opportunities for learning and developing skills/areas of interest, employees are encouraged to explore this.
- Management & senior management do a very good job of recognizing and calling out great work, as an employee I always feel appreciated and valued when I do good work.
Cons
The only downside is that pay can and should be higher and I do wish people got promoted sooner. I will say that this honestly has gotten better over the past few years as they've given better raises and made more of an effort to recognize and retain good talent. But the Pandemic obviously set us back for a bit as well.
