Pros

* work in remote therefore, you do not have your boss on top of you all the time.
* if you do a good job they leave you alone.
* the best position is to be an instructor.

Cons

* changes for the sake of change.
* management ranks were not stable, they changed constantly and everyone had a different vision.
* few opportunities for advancement.
* management does not want to hear new ideas.
* management's mentality is completely as in traditional colleges where instructors do not participate.
* very few praises given for work well done.
* strong emphasis in the bottom line instead of building quality programs.
* any management responsibility you take exposes you to retaliation if you do not conform.

Advice to Management

Build a quality product, and let that product's reputation bring students and fill the bottom line.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Compensation not too bad and a free education.

    Cons

Management, employee drama, and favoritism. No training of any kind and backward computer programs which have constant issues.

    Advice to Management

Think about how you would like to be treated as a student. Stop acting like a third party collection agency and re strategize using employee ideas. ...again Training! This company would be fantastic if they hire "real" students and college graduates. The pay is not bad for Florida but eliminate poor management and favoritism. There is a everyday feeling of doom and gloom waiting to be told that you will be fired or laid off for no reason. Office politics at it's finest and constant drama. Not a great career choice just a temporary stopping point
