I have been working at Karma Automotive

    Pros

Nice/Capabale People. Good Location. A great opportunity and potentially a really cool product. Seemingly well funded. Used to have good benefits.

    Cons

CEO is incompetent. (Jury is out in the COO) Chinese management is distant and completely unaware of how mismanaged some parts of the company are. Benefits are no longer competitive.

I have been working at Karma Automotive full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Lots of new projects coming, good compensation and benefits. Finally seeing upper management do their job and new COO getting rid of all the complacent / rotten apples that were draining this company dry.

    Cons

Still a lot of rotten apples. Lots of wasted space.

I have been working at Karma Automotive full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Karma is a great place to work and space to move up if you're a high performer. There's great life-work balance and management is flexible with remote work. Lots of talented people work for the company and they're committed. Great place to learn.

    Cons

Lots of changes in corporate strategy and lots of layoffs, however this also creates room for advancement up the ladder if you can hold your own. The layoffs are tough, but if you can find stability in the changing workplace you're golden.
