    Pros

    Nice staff and attorneys. Partners are willing to train you and give advise. Nice work/life balance. Okay benefits. Received pretty okay pay raise. The firm gets a lot of cases and is constantly hiring (which may also be due to the increasing turnover rate).

    Cons

    - Workload isn't always there. Will sometimes need to scavenge for work or can ask a partner and they will help. - Billing requirement too high (2100 hour big law requirement, although this isn't a big firm). Requirement enforced although work load doesn't easily allow the requirement to be met. - Pay is not high at all and is disproportionate to billing requirement. - Some partners allow autonomy while others may...
