    I worked at Kaydon full-time

    Pros

Strong product positions with great cash flow generation. Greater benefits and global opportunities with the SKF buyout. More stability and Certainty for the business.

    Cons

SKF is a great company but the management changes, turnover and fiefdoms are difficult.

    Advice to Management

Value the legacy team members and leverage the great attributes of SKF without appreciating the strengths of Kaydon.

    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Lots of upside selling high dollar specialty bearings in to multiple defense and aerospace Original equipment manufacturers. Small managable 3 state territory. Good benefit package.

    Cons

Limited customer base. Four to Five days a week on the road. Tough with young kids, ideal for single person, or empty nester willing to try.

    Advice to Management

New products should be developed to expand market segment away from miltary and aerospace. Need more opportunities to grow sales and need more products
