Good culture. Pay is better

The shop is not climate controlled.

At first, the job seemed great. It has good perks like 3 breaks and weekends off.

Management will talk about you behind your back, or even directly in front of you to your coworkers. The management here plays favorites, and no people there don't speak English and become hostile to you if you don't speak Spanish. They only hire a majority of Hispanics. They will do things like micro managing. If you don't conform to their little click, they will find a way to fire you and to set you up for failure. They will try to find a replacement for you behind your back, and often that replacement is another Hispanic. This place is backwards and racist. The sad part of it is that I tried to work with the managment there to inprovement on the issues they were having with me. Turns out, there was no issue with me. They were just playing favorties and wanted an excuse to fire me. They never did fire me though, but be warned. Also there is no potential to move up in this company specifically the OKC location. I got out of there as quick as possible! DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!
