I worked at Keiser University full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The opportunity to coach and guide rookies and veterans in the nuances of the culinary/hospitality world; in all aspects

Cons

Poor oversight from supervisor's. Many times a blatant ignoring of proper procedures and handling of employees

Advice to Management

Listen to, Learn, Understand, and Respect your labor force and how to beneficially utilize their abilities. DO NOT listen to ONLY the department head. He's NOT always on the front line, which deminishes his insight

I have been working at Keiser University full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only one pro: decent pay. However, the pay check isn't worth the amount of anxiety that was developed during my time there. This is your warning! DO NOT APPLY to this company!

    Cons

Terrible place to work for. Don't waste you time interviewing here. I've never worked in such a toxic environment before in my ENTIRE life.

    Advice to Management

Maintain professionalism, and please leave your sociopathic, narcissistic, and egocentric characteristics at home where they belong.
