I have been working at Keller Williams full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

fast paced, growth, great benefits, work/life balance, culture, and the ability to define your own career path.

Cons

Employees might have a hard time at KWRI if they are not used to moving at a fast pace. KWRI is an entrepreneurial company which can be difficult if an employee is not solution based.

I worked at Keller Williams part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

With the same training available at most offices, agents that get started here will have a good start. Seasoned agents are helpful and willing to let newbies get some hands on experience.

    Cons

It is hard to stop training and get started as an agent. I feel the team leaders want you to succeed just so long as they are there to hold your hand and take a large portion of your commission.
