      Pros

I could never have the life I have now without my achievements at Keller Williams. I was previously a teacher and stuck on a hamster wheel trying to get out from underneath my Student Loans all while trying to start a life of my own. When I joined Keller Williams the sky was a limit on how much I could grow and continue to grow.

      Cons

Keller Williams moves at such a fast pace sometimes it is hard to keep up but the resources are always there for you to learn more and find out What new technology is available

        Pros

Unlimited earning potential. Payout to the brokerage caps at a certain amount. Make your own schedule.

        Cons

Commission based career. Very competitive based on the volume of agents in a centralized location.

          Pros

You have a tremendous opportunity to be trained there. Their training is top notch and comes from people who have been battle tested. Additionally, you have several options in starting out i.e. you can join a team and be trained by them or you can go solo and take the opportunity to be trained in a singular manner. I was extremely impressed by that.

          Cons

I found no cons with the company itself. The only con is that it is 100% commission so you have to come into this career path with either: a) a certain amount of savings b) a part - time job to "float" you or c) a spouse/parent who can keep you above water while you build the business.

I had an panel interview(which seems the last interview?) on Nov.21st, sent thank you email, and received response(look forward to our next step) on same day. but have not heard back from them afterwards. I understand that we had Thanksgiving weekend but should I send follow up email? or should I just wait?

        Digital Marketing Coordinator

I am having an interview on Monday. Any tips or suggestions? I am finally getting back in work force after 1and a half year of break. I feel like I have lost the touch with current Digital Marketing landscape.

I was recently laid off from a small cap company and worked as a data engineer for 2 years. Interviewing with another company started off today with the HR round. How and when do you guys negotiate sign on bonus? Is the rule of thumb is 10% of the compensation?
