    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Strong brands and good product development. Good marketing.

    Cons

Only average pay. Employee development only given lip service. Have become micro-managers to field sales and middle management is only concerned about their own development and not their direct reports.

    Advice to Management

Consider 360 degree reviews for managers. Look into nepotism issues and friends promoting friends. Look into develpment planning process and enforce due dates. Listen to folks on the street and allow information to flow from the lower levels of the organization.
