I worked at Kellogg Company full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Wonderful leaders and coworkers in this organization. I was responsible for challenging projects that really developed my skills. The compensation and benefits package was great.

Cons

The only reason that I left was the hours; at the time the minimum weekly schedule was about 60-70 hours a week. I have heard that it has changed and that the work life balance has improved.

I have been working at Kellogg Company full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Pay, benefits $70-120k yr, there are no other pros

    Cons

Company doesn't care about employees. They expect you to work 7 days a week. No paid personal time off. Not much of a family life. Not nearly enough vacation time. Always looking to give out suspensions. Nobody in management is ever held accountable.

    Advice to Management

Try treating your employees like an asset instead of a whipping post. The one and only reason anyone stays here is for the money. 80% of the people I know would leave in a minute if another employer was even close to the pay and benefits. Really pathetic for a billion dollar company.
