    Pros

Hours somewhat flexible, get to go home when you're done. Don't usually have to deal with an overbearing supervisor in person. Able to work independently most of the time.

    Cons

Management is horrible--get schedule the night before expected to be at work next morning. Overbearing for easy tasks, but throw you to the wolves for things you actually need help with. No full time expected anytime soon.

    Advice to Management

Try to communicate more effectively and back off when it's obvious I know what I'm doing.

Opportunities exist globally even more so with the Pringles acquisition and emerging market expansion.

    Cons

Can be too collaborative and consensus driven, needs to value people's contribution more when they Come from outside with experience and knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Diversity of thought is good, keep encouraging it, keep building the bench of talent
