    Pros

    Helps if you cannot break into a field and the pay is okay. Very quick an efficient but depends on the branch you go to. Paid weekly and on time.

    Cons

    No room for growth. Payrate remains the same.

    I have been working at Kelly Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Work at home. Training on iOS and Mac OSX.

    Cons

    Low pay, no benefits, no sick days, no vacation days, hard to even take an unpaid day off unless the call volume is low and then you will be forced to take unpaid days off. You will never get a raise, ever, unless you join the management team in which case you will see less pay for 6 months until the meager raises and bonuses are fully implemented.

    Advice to Management

    Why bother, they won't listen anyway.
