*The Lies *Lack of guidance *Constant change of direction *Being left out of pocket for both expenses and commission *Being charged to attend a client event being hosted by the company! I joined in the early days having believed the lies being spouted by the MD. I genuinely believed we were going to take on the "big boys" in the industry but also have a fun culture. After all.... in was in the "Kene Code" that we would "have fun doing it". Well that all went out the door quickly. It soon became apparent that the MD was distracted and had people behind the scenes pulling strings. Sure enough.... as soon as the chips were down......things like the "unlimited holidays" policy was withdrawn, the working remotely policy was withdrawn, the casual dress in the office was withdrawn in a table banging rant!
