Work-life balance is not great (but depends on what department you are in and who you work for/with) - you may be expected to be available and willing to do anything and everything for anyone at any given moment of the day or night
Very old-school mentality and unwilling to progress to today's world
Reluctant to promote employees, hire from within, or give raises
Incredibly disorganized
Some "higher-level" employees are given the opportunity to stop progress and cause problems for multiple departments and HR/Management does nothing to stop this, even after many complaints from nearly everyone in a department
You are just a number - you will be let go if you are not determined to be valuable in times of low revenue
