    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Kensington full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    good dedicated lower tier people

    Cons

they make stupid decisions putting the wrong people in charge. They motivate the lower level employees by threatening to move their jobs away to the corporate office or outsource them altogether. Force them to improve metrics without understanding what is necessary to do the job and all around step on the little people while treating them like scum.

    Advice to Management

none, its a lost cause, you dont listen to your employees now, theres nothing to get you out of your way of thinking. The CEO is great when hes in the office but the people he left in charge are not minding the ship.

    Pros

Good Products; People from various backgrounds; The company is small enough to make an impact on their growth; fair benefits.

    Cons

The top management does not present a clear picture of future direction; they do not present themselves as a cohesive team.

    Advice to Management

Engage employees in the discussions and process of prioritizing areas for improvement; Put more emphasis on focusing at how to improve externally rather than constantly reviewing internal powerpoints.
