Team atmosphere, clean environment, superb leadership, ample support, hard working, fair management, non-discriminating, correct monetary compensation, peer involvement encouraged, promote from within encouraged.

Cons

Budget crisis will create a hard look at the existing educational structure and cutbacks will be necessary. The district will be hit hardest by 2014, when reserves have been expended.
