At busy times - demands for overtime. At slack times - early finishes consuming your holiday hours. Holiday bans at certain times of the year - don’t expect to see your family around Christmas. Being spoken to like your rubbish/stupid, not being spoken to at all. Placed in areas with no training, being ignored when question what your doing. Given rules to work by which regularly change through the seasons so you never know what’s wrong or right. Expected to reach impossible targets due to stock, staffing or equipment. Being placed in mind numbing jobs creating repedetive strain injuries and offered no empathy or change.....get on with it. If you need money, yes, take a job here but keep looking for another.
