    I have been working at Keurig Dr Pepper part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Management rarely cracks the whip to make you work harder. All the free soda and coffee you can drink. If you ask politely you can take home damanaged product. No drug testing or background checks

    Cons

    You’re working with felons. Some people have mental disorders that make me feel unsafe and make threats that management does not address. Low pay comparatively.

    Advice to Management

    Set up a plan to raise wages for those that work hardest. Case count/ day pay incentive, otherwise the slower we work the more we make.

    Pros

    Great company, lots of opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

    The company does not pay the employees what your worth. You will have the opportunity for advancement but they will not pay you what the same position pays somone hired from the outside. They have lost lots of great people because of this.

    Advice to Management

    You dont have to manage by fear. Treat your employees with more respect and will will see more results.
